The Strengthscope® report is the heart of all strengths knowledge and the foundation of all our assessments and development programs, meaning Strengthscope® will always be the first step to introducing strengths.
Strengthscope® measures what gives your people energy. Designed to help people identify what makes them truly unique, enabling honest and authentic conversations. It empowers them to develop and stretch their strengths, as well as productively overcome blockers to their performance. All of our other assessments are additional and stand-alone tools, that can be added on to the original Strengthscope® report.
Strengthscope® is the world’s first strengths assessment that has achieved The British Psychological Society’s Registered-Test Status. This means it has achieved this global gold standard for test construction. You know the results you are getting are scientifically backed, robust and totally free of any bias in regards to gender, age and ethnic origin.
Based on our research into behaviour, preference, personality, and motivation, we measure 24 intrinsic qualities that are most closely related to work performance. We focus on increasing your understanding of your unique intrinsic qualities. The likelihood of you having the same Strengths Wheel as someone else is 1 in 1.3 billion.
