These Terms and Conditions explain how we work together, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you. By purchasing or using any Strengthscope® Product, Training, service, or digital platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
1.1. Customer: the organisation or entity purchasing any Strengthscope® Product, Training, licence, or service.
1.2 Order: the official order form and any agreed Special Requirements.
1.3 Strengthscope / we / us: Strengthscope Limited, including our approved contractors or partners.
1.4 Product: any Strengthscope® assessment, report, licence, digital tool, or resource.
1.5 Training: any accreditation, workshop, debrief, or facilitated learning session delivered virtually or in person.
1.6 Training Dates: the dates confirmed by Strengthscope once your signed Order is received.
1.7 Respondent: an individual completing a Strengthscope® assessment or using a StrengthscopePlus™ licence.
1.8 Go Live Date: when product access or subscription becomes available to you.
1.9 StrengthscopePlus™ Licences: annual subscription licences for StrengthscopePlus™ features.
1.10 Special Requirements: any agreed additions or adjustments to your Order.
1.11 Business Day: any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in England.
1.12 Force Majeure: events outside reasonable control (e.g., weather, strikes, illness, outages, government restrictions, etc).
2. Use of Website and Digital Services
2.1 Using any Strengthscope® website or digital platform means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update them from time to time.
2.2 Some features require login credentials. These must be kept secure and not shared. If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately by emailing help@strengthscope.com.
2.3 All Strengthscope® content, including training materials and digital resources, is protected by copyright and other Intellectual Property rights. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivatives without written permission. You must obtain written permission from Strengthscope® before displaying our logo on your website.

2.5 We strive for 99% uptime each month, excluding planned or emergency maintenance. While we work hard to maintain smooth service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, error‑free, or virus‑free access.
2.6 To protect our systems and intellectual property, you must not:

3.1 Your privacy matters to us.

3.3 By supplying personal data, you consent to its use as outlined there.
3.4 We may update the policy without notice.
3.5 We may use third‑party providers to obtain B2B prospect data under our legitimate interest basis. This includes the use of buyer‑intent tools, which identify organisations showing interest in our products and services using information derived from publicly available sources.
3.6 Where we act as a data processor, our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies. This is available on request.
4. Third‑Party Content, Services and Links
4.1 Our website may include content, offers, or services provided by third parties, or links to third‑party websites. These are supplied by the relevant provider, not by Strengthscope, and we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any such information, services, or materials.
4.2 Strengthscope makes no representations or warranties regarding third‑party websites and has no control over their content or availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third‑party content, goods, or services accessed through or referenced on our website.
5. Training, Events & Accreditation
5.1 Most public accreditation programmes run 09:30–17:30 UK time, typically via Zoom. In person delivery can be arranged for training multiple people at the same organisation or entity and must be agreed in writing.
5.2 Training Dates are confirmed once we receive your signed Order. Strengthscope may change dates until that point.
5.3 For in person events, you are responsible for delegate travel and accommodation. Strengthscope will invoice trainer travel, accommodation, and subsistence within 30 days of the Start Date and may charge a travel‑time supplement at the then‑current rate.
5.4 Cancellation and Transfers (per delegate)

5.5 All requests must be submitted in writing to: events@strengthscope.com
5.6 We may cancel an event up to 4 weeks beforehand if delegate minimums are not met or if Force Majeure applies. You will receive a full refund or reschedule to the nearest suitable date. We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs. This will not be considered a breach of contract.
6. Product Purchases
6.1 All Products must be purchased in advance. All orders are non‑refundable after use.
6.2 Report credits don’t expire whilst there is an active practitioner within the organisation or entity.
6.3 To administer Products the following accreditation must be obtained:

7. StrengthscopePlus™ Subscription Terms
7.1 Licences activate on your Go Live Date and run for 12 months unless otherwise specified.
7.2 Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless you give at least 3 months’ written notice to accounts@strengthscope.com or your Account Manager. Where the Order specifies a different accounts email address, that address also applies.
7.3 After the initial term is complete, renewals of StrengthscopePlus™ will be billed at the current price book rate, as per the date of the new invoice issued.
7.4 Licences are invoiced annually in advance at the contracted volume.
Licences reset to zero each year and do not carry forward.
7.5 Strengthscope may invoice for excess usage at your contracted per‑licence rate.
7.6 All StrengthscopePlus™ features are removed upon termination, including unlimited Strengthscope360™ and StrengthscopeTeam™ functionality.
8. Orders, Payments & Fees
8.1 Invoices must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchase Orders must be provided upfront if required.
8.2 Orders are confirmed once card payment is approved or a valid invoice request is submitted.
8.3 For overdue invoices, we may charge interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, plus statutory debt recovery costs, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.recovery costs, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts legislation.
8.4 Refunds may be requested in writing within 7 working days of the purchase date if no assessments or downloads have been used. Outside of this timeframe, purchases are non-refundable.

8.5 Product types cannot be exchanged.
9. Disclaimer, Warranties & Liability
9.1 Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, errorfree, or virus free operation. free, or virusfree operation.

10.1 All Strengthscope® assessment content, tools, reports, digital services, and training materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

12.1 If you operate in a jurisdiction with restrictions on psychometric tools, it’s your responsibility to check compliance. You must indemnify Strengthscope for any claims arising from such misuse.
12.2 For regulated sectors (e.g., public sector, healthcare), we may agree additional terms following review.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
13.2 Invalid clauses do not affect the rest of the Terms.
13.3 English law governs these Terms.
13.4 Disputes are resolved exclusively in the courts of England.
13.5 Any changes to your Agreement must be in writing and signed by an authorised Strengthscope representative.

1. Communication
1.1 We will adhere to the timeframes agreed. The service will end on the specified date.
2. Service hours
2.1 Available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
3. Delegates
3.1 The service covers the number of delegates agreed at the project start. To add more delegates, please get in touch with your Account Manager; additional charges may apply.
4. Amendments
4.1 Any changes to the details must be approved by your Account Manager.
5. Cost
5.1 The administration service costs will be confirmed with your Account Manager.
6. Recommended administration support timeframes
6.1 Strengthscope®: Up to 2 weeks
6.2 Strengthscope360™: Up to 1 month
6.3 StrengthscopeLeader™: Up to 1 month
6.4 StrengthscopeTeam™: Up to 1 month
7. Progress Reports
7.1 Weekly status reports can be sent to the email address provided. You can specify additional recipients and preferred days for receiving these reports.
8. Setup Lead Time
8.1 A 3 working day lead time is required for project setup after we have received all respondent details from you.
9. Payment Terms
9.1 The administration service will be invoiced prior to commencement. Standard payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
10. Cancellation
10.1 Cancellations must be made at least 3 working days before the start date to avoid charges.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 All customer information and report details will be kept confidential and used only for providing the requested service.

If you find your experience unsatisfactory, we want to work with you to resolve this and take on your feedback.
To share feedback or express your dissatisfaction and raise a complaint, please send us an email with a description to help@strengthscope.com with the subject as ‘Feedback’ or ‘Complaint’ and include your contact details. Alternatively, please call us at +44 (0)20 8944 0289. We are available from 9:00 am until 5:30 pm Monday to Friday GMT (excluding UK bank holidays and the days between Christmas and New year).
Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you to acknowledge your complaint and agree on the next steps within 1 working day.
