In addition to the valuable development ideas included in the report, this 30 minute debrief webinar will help you to understand your results in more detail and will give you ideas on how to start building your personalised strengths-based development plan.

3. Complete our resilience “My Strong Self” workbook

This easy to complete workbook covers essential resilience-building activities such as mastering your mindset, optimising strengths and energy and controlling the controllables. It also helps with embracing challenge and building a strong support network along with providing a range of ideas to help build and maintain positive physical, emotional and mental health.
